incredibly disappointed. I dont think I need to explain how fucking insensitive that coming out scene was. not to mention the plotholes and weak writing. also, what the fuck was the point of the duffers telling everyone how important the first shadow was only to bring it up twice? why are they saving it all for the finale, and how are they going to wrap up EVERYTHING in 2 hours (and a 40min epilogue)??? they havent mentioned the mind flayer once this entire season btw. yall remember the mind flayer? yk, the BIG BAD of the entire fucking show? the villain theyve been building up since s1? and the abysmal writing for jane and kali got me fucked up. me when I get the misogynistic fries on the side of my homophobic nothingburger. dont even get me started on the mike is supposedly wills tammy thing. obviously Im still going to watch the finale (having a watchparty with my friend on new years actually, very excited) but theyre going to need to pull some crazy shit to make a satisfying ending. and if all else fails Im just going to start telling people stranger things was cancelled after season 3.
